The best way to keep your customers happy is
1. To know what they are expecting from you and
2. To live up to their expectations.
Nowadays, the dealer-client relationships are mostly ruined because the dealers are not reliable, responsible and dependable. The biggest factor in this is dishonesty. The dealers claim to sell a certain item or complete a certain task in less money which provides them customers. Afterwards when it comes to sending the bill, they include all sorts of hidden charges in the payment or tell the customers that the item they have bought is more expensive than the one they saw in the brochure or that the task has been completed by expending more money than was calculated before. Another problem with dealers is that in order to get a deal going, they agree to complete a certain task in a shorter time as compared to the others, knowing that it is impossible for them to complete that task in that deadline. This results in delaying of the clients tasks. Moreover, the dealers are often bashful and scared to ask about the confusions they have about the job. Result is unhappy clients. Often, the dealers become greedy and don’t get the customer’s work done in time because a better offer comes along. The bottom line is that customers are dissatisfied because of these undesirable traits in dealers. The dealers should be best in terms of reliability, responsibility and dependability to keep their customers pleased.
